The Quick Lean 4.0 Diagnostic is a three-day on-site assessment of an industrial site, designed to quantify the waste (MUDA) in its operations and identify where margins and revenue can be improved.
The diagnostic is carried out as a Gemba Walk: a Lean 4.0 expert observes operations directly on the shop floor, follows the main flows and meets the people who run them. The assessment covers the seven axes of Lean 4.0 and is based on the ILO 4.0 framework.
The diagnostic includes an opening meeting to define the scope and objectives, three days on site, a written diagnostic report and a closing meeting to present the findings.
The report contains:
- An estimate of the value of the waste (MUDA) identified on the site
- The potential for improvement in margin and revenue
- An assessment across the seven axes of Lean 4.0
- First improvement proposals and a roadmap to reduce waste and increase margins and revenue
The diagnostic is sold at a fixed price of $3,000 scalable but carries no commitment to any further work.
