Pioneer Accreditation is the process by which a candidate completes a project sponsored by WIN-FZCO, under the supervision of a higher-ranked accredited consultant.

The accreditation project is scoped to approximately 6 work days and must be completed within 3 months. Candidates are also required to submit a comprehensive project report using the standard template provided by the WIN-FZCO team. To be awarded the Pioneer Accreditation, the sponsor must formally approve the project deliverables.

Once accredited, the candidate becomes a certified freelancer in Operational Excellence within the WIN-FZCO Network. From this point, they can take on projects sponsored either by WIN-FZCO or its clients, with compensation based on their freelancer rank.

The Pioneer Accreditation also enables the freelancer to participate in continuous improvement projects, carrying out specific actions assigned by their supervisor.
